With the issuing of the calls, pending registration with the control bodies, the facilitative measures called Patents+, Designs+ and Trademarks+ for the granting of facilities for the enhancement of industrial property titles become operational in 2023.
The new versions of the notices issued by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, while containing some innovations introduced by new legislative provisions, are in continuity with those of the previous year and also fix the opening date of the info desks.
Applications may be submitted from:
- 24 October 2023 for Patents+
- 7 November 2023 for Designs+
- 21 November 2023 for Trademarks+
In favour of the three measures, a total of 32 million euros were made available for the year 2023, 20 of which for Patents+, 10 for Designs+ and 2 for Trademarks+.
