Types of Data Processed

Personal data provided voluntarily by the user.

When performing the services offered, the user voluntarily provides some personal data (name, surname, email, etc.). These data are collected following the completion of the forms present in the individual services, or as a result of sending emails to the e-mail addresses indicated on the Site.

 

Navigation data

The software prepared for the operation of the Site, acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Site.

The use of Cookies, or other tracking tools, by the Site or the owners of third-party services used within it, unless otherwise specified, has the purpose of providing the Service requested by the User, in addition to the other purposes described in this page and in the Cookie Policy at the end of this information.

 

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data, published or shared through the Site and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Manager from any liability to third parties.

Purpose of the Processing

The User’s Data is collected, in compliance with the provisions of Article 6 of the DGPR (Lawfulness of processing) to allow the Manager to provide its Services such as:

  • Pre-feasibility analysis to facilitate the submission of applications for access to finance,
  • Provision of the Newsletter service that contains only a series of links to the latest news and funding published on the website www.sardegnaimpresa.eu.
  • Further purposes of the processing as a result of specific and express consent of users

In addition to the above purposes, the data provided could be processed, with the express consent of the user, also to communicate events, inform on initiatives of particular interest or to propose the possible participation in initiatives for the detection of user satisfaction (e.g. surveys of customer satisfaction through the evaluation of the Site’s satisfaction)

Optional provision of data

For the provision of certain services, it may be necessary to indicate the Personal Data. If the User refuses to communicate them, it will not be possible to provide the Services listed above. In cases where applications indicate some Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or on its operation. Users who have doubts about which Data are mandatory, are encouraged to contact the Data Controller.

Mode of data processing

The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

The Data Controller shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.

Period of retention of data

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

For the Perfectibility Analysis service to facilitate the submission of applications for access to funding, the maximum retention period is 12 months from the first contact and/or from the exhaustion of the purposes for which such data have been provided.

For the Newsletter service, the maximum retention of data is 24 months from the moment of the subscription to the service and/or from the exhaustion of the purposes for which such data were provided. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter that you receive via email.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this period, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

For the interactions through Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) in order to know the time of data retention it is necessary to refer to the information and privacy policy of individual sites or social networks.

Contact form

Rights of the User

Access their Data. The User has the right to obtain information on the Data processed by the Data Controller, on certain aspects of the processing and to receive a copy of the Data processed.

Verify and ask for rectification. The User can verify the correctness of their Data and request its update or correction.

Obtain the limitation of treatment. When certain conditions are met, the User may request the restriction of the processing of their Data. In this case, the Data Controller will not process the Data for any other purpose than their storage.

Obtain the deletion or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, the User may request the deletion of their Data by the Data Controller.

Receive your Data or have it transferred to another data controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to obtain its transfer without hindrance to another holder. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the User’s consent.

File a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or act in court.

Details on the right of objection

The User has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data including profiling. The Data Controller shall refrain from further processing the personal data unless he demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the assessment, the exercise or defence of a right in a court of law.

 

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for such purposes, including profiling in so far as it is related to such direct marketing.

 

If the data subject objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data are no longer processed for those purposes.

How to exercise rights

To exercise their rights, Users can address a request to the contact details of the Manager indicated on this page. Requests shall be filed free of charge and processed as soon as possible, in any case within one month.

Legal defence

The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in Court or in the stages preparatory to its possible establishment for defence against abuse in the use of the Site or related Services by the User. The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.

Specific information

At the request of the User, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, the Site may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services, such as content and services provided by the SUAPE IT platform.

System logs and maintenance

For needs related to operation and maintenance, the Site and any third-party services included may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, providing information to Users on this page and, where technically and legally feasible, sending a notification to Users through one of the contact details of which it is in possession. If the changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the Controller will collect the User’s consent again, if necessary.
