The Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy reopens Patents+, Designs+ and Trademarks+, with a budget of 32 million euros, as provided by the Strategic Lines of action on industrial property for the three-year period, 2021-2023.
Grants for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) break down as follows:
- 20 million for Patents+
- 10 million for Designs+
- 2 million for Trademarks+
The reopening of the calls was made official with the publication in the Official Journal of the decree programming resources for 2023.
Following the issuing calls (probably between the end of July and the beginning of August), the deadlines for the submission of grant applications will be set, presumably starting in October.
