New incentives are being provided for hotels, tourist attractions, and accommodation facilities looking to contribute in the Revolving Fund's benefits. This was formed by the Ministry of Tourism, who published a notice describing all of the details. Applications can be lodged online through the Invitalia portal between July 1 and July 31, with documentation available from May 30. Cassa Depositi e Prestiti will offer a subsidised loan with a direct contribution of up to 35% of qualified spending. Specifically, the loan will have a length of four to 15 years, a fixed rate of 0.50 percent, and a three-year grace period, combined with a market-rate bank loan of the same amount and duration.The measure covers investments in Italy ranging from 500,000 euros to 10 million euros. The initiatives must also be in line with the climate and energy transformation. This includes increasing energy efficiency, seismic upgrading, removing architectural barriers, extraordinary maintenance, restoration and conservative renovation, building renovation or installation of lightweight structures, spa pool construction and acquisition of spa equipment and appliances, digitisation, and the purchase or renovation of furniture.
The projects must be started and finished within three months after the signing of the finance contract, and by 31 December, 2025.
