The new portal for digital payments, called ‘Payments DGTEL, is now active and it’s perfectly integrated with pagoPA.
Citizens and businesses using the services provided by DGTEL will be able to make payments using all the channels provided by the pagoPA platform.
The portal, developed by the Department for Digital, Connectivity and New Technologies in collaboration with the Ugo Bordoni Foundation, allows all interested parties to access it both through digital identity systems (SPID, CIE, EiDAS) and through credentials issued by the Ministry.
In order to provide support to users, after accessing the portal, it will be possible to view the "User Manual" and the section dedicated to FAQs. Moreover, for any technical need it will be possible to contact assistance through a special section called "Support".
