The decree of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy has been published for access to a contribution towards technical consultancy expenses incurred by producer associations that have to draw up specifications for typical artisan and industrial products. This is a call for proposals that concerns SMEs that can thus access support for obtaining PGI certification. The measure referred to in Article 46 of the Made in Italy, Law no. 206 of 2023 and the decree of the Ministries of Enterprise and Economy defining the criteria for the granting of contributions to enterprises for artisanal and industrial EU PGI products is now operational. The planned contributions cover up to 80% of eligible expenses, with a maximum of EUR 30,000 per beneficiary.
