An 800,000 euros fund to support companies that, as part of supply contracts to public administrations, use fair-trade products.
This was established by the Ministry of Made in Italy and Enterprises, that will provide the money thorugh a facility consisting of a reimbursement of up to 15% of the increased costs incurred for the supply of fair-trade products. The grant may have a maximum amount of 10,000 euros per beneficiary.
Expenditure incurred in the purchase of raw materials, semi-finished products, and consumables, whose costs are determined based on the invoice amounts, shall be eligible for reimbursement.
The benefits, which will be granted on the basis of a one-stop evaluation procedure, may be requested from 4 to 11 September 2023 by the companies awarded a contract with public administrations: they will have to submit applications to Invitalia.
