1.5 billion euros allocated for development agreements and contracts

The Ministry for Business and Made in Italy has made approximately 1.5 billion euros available for the refinancing of Development Contracts and Development Agreements measures.

Specifically, the following will be allocated:

  • 942,138,000 euros for industrial development programmes, including those concerning the processing and marketing of agricultural products; of which, more than 542,138,000 euros will cover Development Contracts and 400,000,000 euros for Development Agreements and Programme Agreements;

  • 311,387,320 euros to develop programmes for environmental protection, of which approximately 225,000,000 euros for Development Agreements and Programme Agreements and 86,387,320 euros for Development Contracts;

  • 240,000,000 euros to develop programmes for tourism activities, of which 122,810,000 euros for Development Agreements and Programme Agreements and approximately 117,190,000 euros for Development Contracts;

  • 40,000,000 euros for venture capital interventions.

The resources will be used to finance applications, including those already submitted and considered eligible for grants, but lacking financial backing.
