Sadly, there continues to be a huge gap between words and deeds. Entrepreneurs cannot improvise: much help is provided by the One-stop Business Advisory Centres (SUAPE).
The business section is a one-stop office that provides comprehensive assistance to entrepreneurs to dispel their doubts connected with the start-up procedure, help with filling in forms and taking into consideration suggestions for improving the system. The office provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to have their say, to be users and at the same time helpers of a service that has a common mission: the development of entrepreneurship in Sardinia.
Do you think there are unclear passages? Do you think that the documentation is difficult to fill in or not easy to find? Do you believe that you can get a better result in another way? This is precisely the purpose of the SUAPE: to simplify administrative procedures for both new and expert entrepreneurs. For this reason, entrepreneurs' viewpoints are important.

Free digital signature
At the public relations office (URP) of the Regional Council for Industry (Assessorato dell'Industria), entrepreneurs can use the health and service cards (TS-CNS) already in their possession for immediate recognition in the portal (without having to wait for the issuing of a password), and possibly also for a document digital signature.
The service is completely free of charge and is available at the public relations office (URP) of the Regional Council for Industry (Assessorato dell'Industria, Viale Trento 69, Cagliari, ground floor) on Mondays and Thursdays, 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00. You can book an appointment for the same day, 9.00 to 9.30 am, at the following email address: sardegnasuape@regione.sardegna.it.
For those who have difficulty travelling to Cagliari, note that the same service is also available at a number of ASL (public health) centres.
